Returns:

We understand that not everything works out and are here to make it right. For more information on what to do if you are not happy with your purchase or gift, please see below:

  • We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase and with the original store receipt and tags attached, for full money back (excludes cost of shipping on purchase if applicable). 
    • Returns made in this window without a receipt will receive store credit.
  • Returns made 31-60 days after purchase and with original store receipt and tags attached, will receive store credit for the full amount paid (excludes cost of shipping on purchase if applicable).
  • Returns are not accepted after 60 days of purchase. 
  • Damaged items must be returned within one week of purchase. If an item is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately at: hello@thefillingstationgoods.com
  • Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items: Seasonal, Body & Personal Care, Consumables, Refill Station and Sale and Clearance items.
  • Online Returns: Returns will be processed as stated above for online orders. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 
    • Exchanges cannot be processed for online sales at this time.
