Flour that's left on the surface of the raised or proofed dough creates the decorative crust as bread bakes. The set includes 1 each wheat and sun designs. These are ideal for making decorative Irish soda bread, sourdough, French bread, whole grain, gluten-free, and other artisan bread recipes. For best results, grease the inside of a mixing bowl or proofing bowl (also known as a banneton bowl) and the design side of the embosser.
