Charcuterie Board Workshop | May 27th, 2025 | 6-8pm

Learn how to design a show stopping charcuterie board with your hostess Amanda Avendaño from Ginger Peached Catering in Benicia!

Cost is $75 and you will learn about ingredient selection/purchasing, planning & organization, cutting techniques, building the board and tips & ticks. We will also provide you with all the ingredients (except a round of Brie that we will ask you to bring, along with a sharp knife), and your very own charcuterie board, courtesy of The Filling Station Goods. 

Workshop is on May 27th from 6-8pm and held at our shop, The Filling Station Goods 828 1st Street, Benicia.
