Reads any order
Any ordering platform, rep or vendor. Snap a packing slip or drop in a PDF, CSV or spreadsheet. Sizes and colors come in as variants or as separate products, your choice, with SKUs, barcodes and cost.
Checks your email
Twice a day it checks your inbox for new order confirmations and invoices and drafts the new items on its own.
Prices to your margin
Your margin, your price endings. MAP vendors never go below MAP, and it asks you before pricing a vendor it hasn't seen.
Finds the photos
Pulls every angle and lifestyle shot from the maker's site, only for the colors you ordered. Anything missing gets a "needs photo" tag, and a weekly search keeps trying.
No duplicates
Checks SKU, barcode and name against your store first, so reorders and existing items stay untouched.
Keeps the catalog clean
Shipping weights, product types from your own list, 10 to 13 SEO tags, a PO tag, the right sales channels for each brand and sales tax set by your state's rules. Product categories and metafields too, if you use them.

How it works
- Connect Shopify and your email. Gmail or Outlook, right inside Claude.
- Answer the setup questions. Short questions about your margin, types, channels and photos. Each has a default, so "yes" works.
- Drop in an order and say "go." A photo, PDF, CSV or spreadsheet. Items already in your store are skipped.
- Review and publish. Nothing goes live on its own, and stock stays at 0 until you receive the shipment.

Every plan runs inside Claude. You'll need a Claude Pro plan or higher, a Shopify store on any plan, and Gmail or Outlook.
Questions
Does it publish anything without me?
No. Every new item is created as a draft for you to review, and inventory stays at 0 until you receive the shipment in Shopify.
Which ordering programs does it work with?
Any of them. If you can get a photo, PDF, CSV or spreadsheet of the order, or it lands in your inbox, it can read it.
Will it mess up the products I already have?
No. It checks SKU, barcode and name against your store first and leaves existing items alone.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-time purchase. Fixes and updates are included for 90 days on Essentials and 12 months on Pro and Premier. You do need your own Claude plan, which is billed separately by Anthropic.
Is the sales tax setup tax advice?
No. It follows your state's published rules, but check with your tax professional for your situation.
